Pile Zone use the Katana Screw Pile system which is a innovative leader in the steel Screw Piling industry. The unique threaded square pile head allows multiple attachments for locking in concrete footings and supporting/attaching to suspended ground floor slabs and raised floors. The attachments are also adjustable for fine tuning to ensure the maximum performance is achieved.

The 100% Australian made Screw Piles come in either 80kn, 100kn and 150kn capacities and also comes in various lengths as required.

One goal is to achieve the engineers minimum requirements for pressure and depth, (Extensions of various lengths can be added to gain this), but we also aim to have minimal impact on site. With no spoil to remove, and no excavation required, and not weather dependent, it really is a simple, predictable and timely process, (usually just the 1 day).

Although regional areas have taken a little longer to switch from the tradition concrete bored pier, to more cost effective Screw Piles, Pile Zone are installing Piles to some of Victoria’s biggest builders including JG Kings, Simonds, Porter Davis, Metricon, Welsh, Ridge, Langdon, Urban Edge, GJ Gardner, Stroud, Snowden, Rawdon Hill, Profine, Burbank, Fairhaven, Cavalier and Dennis Family and several others that have switched to Screw Piles.

With many engineering companies also favouring Steel Screw Piles like STA, Enrik, Structerre, Intrax, Click, BM Civil and McClellands.

Pile Zone expanded to Shepparton in 2017 and was located to service a wide regional area including Albury, Moama, Mansfield and Bendigo regions. We are also based in Melbourne with contractors servicing most of the state.
